Radius provides local public-safety incident awareness and optional SMS alerts near locations selected by users.

Information we collect

• Email address, mobile phone number, saved alert label, address or map location, alert radius, and SMS consent timestamp.
• Device identifier generated by the app to connect a saved alert with checkout.
• Payment and subscription status from Lemon Squeezy. Radius does not store full payment card numbers.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

How we use information

• To create and manage alert subscriptions.
• To send SMS alerts when incidents appear near a saved location and radius.
• To process checkout and subscription status.
• To prevent abuse, honor opt-outs, and improve reliability.

SMS messages

SMS alerts are opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by incident activity and saved radius. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, Lemon Squeezy for checkout/subscriptions, and Twilio for SMS delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Radius.

Data retention

We keep alert and subscription records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. SMS opt-out records may be retained to ensure we do not text opted-out numbers.

Your choices

You may cancel your subscription or stop SMS alerts. Reply STOP to any Radius SMS to opt out of texts.
